Health Coaching

When people seek the help of a health coach, they are usually struggling with some health issues, weight management issues or would like to make some changes to their lifestyle in order to become slimmer, fitter and healthier.  Health coaching helps to support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals as well as keeping them accountable in the process.
The health coach and client work together to formulate a plan, set specific goals and the time frame for the client to accomplish these goals.  The time frame might be 3 months, 6 months or 12 months, depending on the client’s needs.  The health coach and client may work together on a 1 on 1 basis or in a group setting of 4 to 12 people.  The client signs up for either an individual or a group programme.

Life Coaching

When clients come to life coaching, there are usually four main areas that they wish to improve.  These areas are, relationships, career, finances and lifestyle.  There are other areas such as physical health, emotional wellness, spirituality and family life.  

The life coach and client work together collaboratively in the areas that the client is currently dissatisfied in and the client begins to make changes in those areas.  Different ideas and possibilities are explored in each session and the client receives support in making the desired changes.  

During and after involvement in life coaching, clients experience better health, more energy, more satisfaction in their career or business, improved work/life balance, healthy boundaries, better couple and family relationships, and a happier, more positive outlook.

Relationship Coaching

Clients seek a relationship coach when they are experiencing issues and find themselves disconnected from their partner. Some couples seek improvement in their relationship because they realise that something is missing from their relationship and they can benefit from support from a relationship professional.  

Relationship coaching involves working with couples in areas of their relationship which includes; couple communication, relationship conflict, partner style and habits, partner roles, financial management, parenting, spiritual beliefs, family communication and family life satisfaction. 

Coaching helps couples work through relational issues and this leads to a closer and more connected relationship, better understanding of each other, improved communication, and a much happier family life.
